REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY:
At Pages & Libations, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review our policy below.
Merchandise (Glassware, apparel, accessories):
We carefully package all merchandise, especially fragile items like glassware

• If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost. 

• Returns of faulty items accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items MUST be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost UNLESS the item was damaged in transit

Refund Processing:​

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post funds.  To start returns contact us at: varlensia@pagesandlibations.com; Subject: Return; in the email include your name, order number and reason for return, attach picture (if applicable).
